Q: How fast will I get my images?
A: We get images to you as quickly as possible, typically next business day after your session time has ended. Some projects may take longer to complete and will be discussed prior to beginning.
Q: How long does a typical Real Estate photography shoot take?
A: Depending of the nature of the session, size of the property and services needed the time duration on site is variable. We tried to estimate time on site and you can check out our Booking system. Will give you approximate time spent on properties, based on your selected needs.
Q: How many photographs I will receive my for my Real Estate listing?
A: When we photograph your Real Estate listing, we try to show the natural flow of the space without being redundant. As a rule of thumb, we try to show the property in the least number of shots. Why? In a study has been demonstrated that only the first 7 images of a listing make impact. Rest of them are click click click. Diluting the message in a ton of images does not help anyone. Typically, for a 1K SF you can expect 15-18 images, and more for larger properties.
We average at about 25 images
Q: Will the photos need to be resized before posting them on the MLS?
A: No. All photos will be optimized for posting to the MLS. You will receive Images in 4 resolutions, for all your possible needs, Print, Web, Zillow, AirBNB, VRBO, and specific systems at Sotheby’s, ReMAX, Century 21, Keller Williams, etc
Q: What is the best time of day for Real Estate Photography?
A: The best times to shoot depends on where the property is located. The North and South sides can be photographed whenever the light is bright. This also applies to interior photographs. We use available light and add artificial one (flashes) as needed, but natural sunlight, is preferred.
For optimal results, inquiry with us and we are ready to make a recommendation once we checked out the property location on Google maps
Q: What if the weather is bad on the day of my shoot?
A: If the weather is bad on the day of your scheduled shoot (i.e. rain, heavy clouds and the like) you will be given the opportunity to reschedule for the next available open shoot date. If you chose to proceed with the shoot as scheduled, regardless of the weather, we will try to do our best given the conditions.
Q: How do I pay for your Real Estate Photography services?
A: Services for your Real Estate photography and associated products can be paid by cash, check, major credit card, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Android pay.
Q: How are the images delivered to me?
A: All San Diego Real Estate Photography Products are delivered electronically sent via email/text links. Alternative ways of Dropbox.com or Google Drive are also available, please let me know. We could also give you a CD, DVD, or Flash Drive, if that’s what you’re after, but we are trying to phase these out, since they are not very popular anymore
Q: HOW long you store the images for me?
A: For Photography we keep the files indefinitely. The link we provide expires in about a month, if the link does not work please refresh the browser or contact us to create a new link. The files are not deleted, just taken offline for security reasons
Q: What is your service area?
A: Primary service area is San Diego County. We do travel to Orange County OC or Los Angeles County LA from time to time, sometime there is a charge on top of our regular fees to travel to these counties. We are willing to travel outside of this area, cost will be based on the distance and travel time required. Check the menu in the “Area We Serve” for more info
Q: Copyright… What do I get?
A: Copyright issues are complex and sometimes we have hard times understanding them. With every San Diego Real Estate Photography you will get a “Perpetual usage, all media, for advertising the property”. That means you can use the picture wherever and how often you want, on how many websites you want, as long it’s for your usage. YOU CANNOT SELL OR GIVE AWAY OR SHARE THE IMAGES TO A THIRD PARTY!
