Cancellation of an appointment
Cancellation of an appointment is possible 24 hours prior of the scheduled appointment time, no questions asked. You are entitled to a full refund if canceled or you can use the already paid funds for a future appointment (we will provide you a Customer code). Please notify us about your intentions.
